Zakiya Wynn, M.D.

Dr. Zakiya Wynn is board-certified in Neurology, with clinical expertise in memory disorders. She earned her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine, completed her neurology residency at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and her fellowship training in Dementia and Neurobehavior at the University of California Los Angeles. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.

Dr. Wynn’s primary research interest is in risk factors contributing to memory decline in ethnically diverse populations. Previously, she directed the Memory Disorders Clinic at Howard University. She also has performed cognitive assessments on professional football players and traumatic brain injury assessments on Middle East war veterans, as part of her consulting work for the National Football League and the Veterans Administration. Dr. Wynn’s goal is to provide compassionate, holistic care and increase the wellbeing of her patients.

Raya Wehbeh, M.D.

Dr. Wehbeh is board-certified in Neurology and Sleep Medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University of Damascus, Syria, completed her residency in Neurology at the State University of New York at Buffalo, and her fellowship training in Sleep Medicine and Clinical Neurophysiology. She is a member of The American Academy of Neurology and The American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Wehbeh’s primary research interest is in the effect of vitamin D deficiency on brain health and the effect of sleep disorders on memory performance. Previously, she practiced at the Sleep Medicine Centers of Western New York. Dr. Wehbeh’s goal is to help patients improve their sleep patterns as an integral part of improving their memory and maintaining a healthy brain.

Petuna Selby, MBA, CPCO, HACP

Petuna Selby, our Director of Operations, is a seasoned healthcare administrator with more than 25 years of progressive healthcare experience. She has served as Chief Operations Officer, Practice Administrator, Director of Finance, Educator, and Healthcare Consultant for medical, healthcare and educational institutions. She was president and founder of a medical billing and collection agency and co-founder of a successful firm specializing in support services to health facilities and law firms.

Ms. Selby is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of Phoenix with A Bachelors of Science Degree in Global Business Management. She graduated with Honors from Strayer University with a Masters of Business Administration in Health Services Administration. Ms. Selby is a Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional, a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
